All sales are final. Acutek Return Policy are provided solely in rare cases and are subject to written approval by the management of Ravi Scientific Industries.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• The product must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.
• Products returned after 7 days will not qualify for refund or exchange.
• Damaged products are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our technical team will inspect it.

• Approved Acutek Return Policy will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• For credit card payments, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
